Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.

• Deeply interesting in work related to customer.
• Good looking with height and weight proportionate.
• Willing not to get married during the education period (approximately 1 year).
• Willing to undergo bond department after education.
• Placement in BCA Branch Office (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Pangkal Pinang, Palangkaraya, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Tarakan, Ambon, Denpasar, Batam, Lhokseumawe, Tanjung Pinang, and Tebing Tinggi).

Program Account Officer (PAO)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skill.
• Have the desire of achievement.
• Good looking with height and weight proportionate.
• Single and willing not to get married during the education period.
• Willing to undergo bond department after education.
• Placement in BCA Branch Office (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Pangkal Pinang, Palangkaraya, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Balikpapan, Tarakan, Samarinda, Kupang, Medan, Batam, Bukit Barisan, Kisaran, Tanjung Pinang).

Program Junior Business Analyst (IT)

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information System, Informatics Engineering, Computerized Accounting and Industrial Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 out of 4.0 scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Deeply interesting in System/Product Development.
• Willing not to get married during the education period (approximately 1 year).
• Willing to undergo bond department after education.
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta.

Program Analis Kredit

Requirements

• Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics or Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 out of 4.0 scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Have the desire of achievement.
• Willing not to get married during the education period (approximately 1 year).
• Willing to undergo bond department after education.
• Placement at Jakarta or Surabaya.

IT Trainee
 
Requirements

• Background in Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) in Computer with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 (S1) or 3.25 (S2) out of 4.0 scale.
• Maximum age of 25 years old (S1) or 27 years old (S2).
• Deeply interesting in System/Product Development.
• Willing not to get married during the education period (approximately 6 months).
• Willing to undergo bond department after education.
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta.
