Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (S1) and post graduate degree (S2). Final year students are welcome to apply.
• S1/S2 from all majors, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
• Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (for S1) or 3.20 (for S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Maximum age at the time of initial selection of 27 years.
• Does not have a nuclear family (father / mother / brother / sister) who actively worked at Bank Syariah Mandiri.
• Single and willing not to get married during the Officer Development Program training period.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Never involved in drugs and other violations of law.
• Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
