Mahkamah Konstitusi Repubik Indonesia - MKRI or Mahkamah Konstitusi or commonly abbreviated as MK is the Constitutional Court of Republic Indonesia. Mahkamah Konstitusi is the Indonesian independent state agency that performs judicial authority to hold a court order to enforce law and justice. Mahkamah Konstitusi was established on 15 October 2003. Mahkamah Konstitusi is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl Medan Merdeka Barat No 6 Jakarta 10110. Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Doctoral and Masters degree with Bachelor (S1) background in Law.
• Fear of God Almighty and noble.
• Minimum age of 47 and a maximum of 65 years old on 1 April 2017.
• Able to physically and spiritually in performing their duties and obligations.
• Never sentenced to imprisonment by a court decision which has obtained permanent legal force.
• Not being declared bankrupt by a court decision.
• Have work experience in the field of law for at least 15 years.

Application should contains the below documents :

1. Application letter signed on stamp duty Rp 6,000 and addressed to Panitia Seleksi Calon Hakim Konstitusi yang diajukan oleh Presiden;
2. Statement of willingness to become a Constitutional Judge (download here);
3. Curriculum Vitae (download here);
4. Copy of diploma which has been legalized by the competent authority;
5. List of wealth and source of income (download here);
6. Copy of TIN (NPWP);
7. Copy of Identity Card;
8. Latest photographs of 3 (three) pieces the size of 4x6; 
9. Affidavit experience at least 15 (fifteen) years in the legal field, on paper stamped Rp6.000,00 (download here);
10. Affidavit not been sentenced by a court decision which has obtained permanent legal force for committing a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment of five (5) years or more, on paper stamped Rp6.000,00 (download here);
11. Affidavit is not bankrupt by a court decision (download here);
12. Papers (examinasi / analysis) in one of the Constitutional Court's decision for at least ten pages and a maximum of twenty pages, with font Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing, A4 paper.
