Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS TK or referred to as "BPJS Ketenagakerjaan" is the national social security agency of Indonesia, wholly-owned by the Government of Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan operates primarily as a provider of employment social security in Indonesia. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was established in 2014 as a transformation result of state-owned social security workforce company PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Persero) or JAMSOSTEK. Based in Jakarta, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan now has 336 office networks throughout Indonesia. Its office networks comprise of 1 head office, 11 regional offices, 121 branch offices and 203 sub-branch offices. As of December 2015, the total active membership number of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan comprise of 296,791 companies and 19,275,061 people.

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan reached significant performance in 2015. According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan booked total operating revenue of Rp 3,140 billion in 2015 or 28.89% increase from Rp 2,436 billion in 2014. As at the end of 2015, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan managed total assets amounted to Rp 214.52 trillion. This amount consisted of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan’s assets of Rp1 1.08 trillion and social security fund (DJS) assets of Rp 203.44 trillion.

Requirements
  • Minimum S1, preferably from Human Resources Management, Law, or Psychology
  • Derived from a reputable university with minimum accreditation "B".
  • Minimum GPA score 2.75 out of 4.00.
  • Age: Not 27th birthday on 31 December 2017.
  • Single
  • Not a Child, Sibling, Brother-law of the Active Employee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in similar job title is a plus.
  • Possess driving license class A and C (SIM A and C) is a plus
  • Willing to be placed around the working area BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Willing to undergo employment bond for 2 years of working period.
  • Willing not to get married for the first year of employment bond.
Pengawas dan Pemeriksa

Requirements
  • Minimum S1, preferably from Law and Public Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Derived from a reputable university with minimum accreditation "B".
  • Minimum GPA score 2.75 out of 4.00.
  • Age: Not 27th birthday on 31 December 2017.
  • Single.
  • Good looking, with the minimum height of 165cm (Male) or 155cm (Female) and proportional weight.
  • Not a Child, Sibling, Brother-law of the Active Employee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Good communication skill and have a wide networking.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong passion in the field of legal.
  • Possess driving license class A and C (SIM A and C) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting instruments.
  • Able to prepare financial statements.
  • Strong knowledge of tax calculations (PPh 21).
  • Strong knowledge of investment instruments.
  • Able to monitor the budget realization.
  • Able to create and analyze BPOP (Operating Expenses and Operating Income)
