PT Semen Padang - PTSP or more popularly called Semen Padang is a long standing Indonesian cement company and is a subsidiary of state-owned cement giant PT Semen Indonesia (Persero). As of December 2015, Semen Padang is 99.99% owned by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) and 0.01% Semen Padang Family Cooperative. Semen Padang was first established in 18 March 1910 as a Dutch Company under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Portland Cement Maatschappij (NV NIPCM). The Company was nationalized by the Government of of Indonesia on 5 July 1958. Based in Padang West Sumatera, Semen Padang runs its business through 6 production plants with installed production capacity of 7.4 million tons per year.

In term of financial performance, Semen Padang registered a 1.86% growth in total revenue of Rp 6,528.32 billion as compared with Rp 6,408.76 billion in 2014. Total profit in 2015 amounted to Rp 722.83 billion as compared with Rp927.61 billion in 2014. This figures was stated by PT Semen Padang Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Well-behaved and free from drugs.
• Willing to be placed in any work unit and in the working area of PT Semen Padang.

• A maximum of 25 years old for fresh graduate candidates.
• A maximum of 30 years for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the field of science.
