PT Bank Bukopin Tbk - Bukopin (IDX: BBKP, listed since 10 July 2006) is a well established privately-owned general banking company in Indonesia. Bukopin has its business activities focused in four sectors: micro banking (UMKMK), micro banking, consumer and commercial banking. Bukopin is based in Jakarta and has 41 branch offices, 129 sub-branch offices, 152 cash offices, 75 Functional Office (Micro-Service Offices), 35 payment points, 432 outlets, 766 ATMs and 2,040 mini ATMs spread across Indonesi (as of December 2015). Bukopin also supported by 4 subsidiaries/affiliated companies, namely PT Bank Bukopin Syariah (86.82% owned by Bank Bukopin), PT Bukopin Finance (88.25%), PT Ismawa Trimitra (50%), and PT BPR Dhaha Ekonomi (16.02%). At present, Bukopin is 30% owned by PT Bosowa Corporindo, 18.09% by Koperasi Pegawai Bulog Seluruh Indonesia (KOPELINDO), 11.43% by the Government of Indonesia and 40.48% by public shareholders.

In the third quarter of 2016 (3Q 2016, ended in 30 September 2016), Bukopin succeeded in posting overall improvement in its performance. According to PT Bank Bukopin Tbk 3Q 2016 financial report as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company booked total net income for the year of Rp 1,053.85 billion in 3Q 2016.  This total net income for the year represented an increase of 12.26% over total net income recorded in the same period previous year (3Q 2015) of Rp 938.73 billion.

Requirements

• Male/Female, not older than 22 years of age.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in any field.
• A minimum final GPA of 2.60 within 4.00 scales.
• Fresh graduate.
• Willing not to get married during the internship period.
• Good looking and friendly.
• Minimum height of 160 cm.
• Responsible, good integrity, discipline, and highly committed.
• Strong orientation towards customers.
• Eager to learn and have strong ability to achieve the best possible results on work.
• Able to work in a team with individually target.
• Never dishonorably discharged from the agency or government or private legal entities.
• Have a valid SKCK.
• Have a good health (physically and mentally), not color blind (partial and total) and drug free as evidenced by a medical certificate.
