Requirements

• Female.
• Minimum education background Diploma degree (D3) in Secretary.
• Good looking and well groomed.
• Strong communication, self motivated person, and good attitude
• Fluent in English language (active).
• Good skill in secretarial, administrative duties, and able to work in multitasking.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to work overtime/flexible in working hours.

Chief Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum education background Bachelor degree (S1) in Electro Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Engineer in high rise building management or minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Maintenance Staff.
• Able to analyze and provide problem solutions of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Experienced in handling complaints
