PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk - HIL or referred to as "Holcim Indonesia" is a major cement producers in Indonesia. Holcim Indonesia is recognized as one of the largest cement producers in Indonesia with installed total production capacity of 11 million tons cement per year. Headquartered in Jakarta, Holcim Indonesia now has 3 cement factories at Narogong West Java, Cilacap Central Java, and Tuban East Java. Holcim Indonesia also supported by 1 grinding facility in Ciwandan Banten and 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Holcim Beton. Originally registered as PT Semen Cibinong in 1967. The name Holcim Indonesia was established in 2006. PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk is a member of world leading cement producers Holcim Ltd (Holcim Group). At present, Holcim Group holds 80.65% shares in Holcim Indonesia, while the rest was owned by public.

In term of financial performance, the Company’s total net sales in 2015 was down 2.65% at Rp 9,239 billion as compared with Rp 9,484 billion in 2014. Net profit was down 73.48% at Rp 175 billion from Rp 660 billion in 2014, according to PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Annual Report 2015.

Logistic & Procurement Business Partner Controller

Requirements:

• Education background of  Bachelor degree (S1) from Accounting or Economics.
• At least 5 years working experience in logistic and procurement function.
• Expertise with analyzing financial report.
• Strong understanding of business process and standard procedures.
• Computer literate, minimum  Microsoft Office, Google Application, and SAP.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in Accounting Firm.
• Focus on detail and structured process.
• Able to work with cross-functional team.
• The candidate with prior experience in Concrete / Building Material / Cement Industry will be highly prioritized.
