PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN or known as "Bank BTN" is a major state-owned lender in Indonesia with core competencies in mortgage loans segments. The Bank is a prominent player in the mortgage industry in Indonesia as controls about 30.6% of the Indonesian mortgage lending market and maintains about 98% of market shares in the Indonesian subsidized mortgage lending. Bank BTN also recognized as one of the oldest financial insititutions in Indonesia. Established in 1897, BTN was first established as "Postspaarbank" during the Dutch Colonial era. In 1950, the Bank renamed into Bank Tabungan Pos and the name of Bank Tabungan Negara officially launched in 1966. In 2009, Bank Tabungan Negara conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and its shares are traded under stock code BBTN. As of 30 June 2016, Bank BTN is 60% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 40% by general publics. Headquartered in Jakarta, Bank BTN now has 65 branch offices spread in all over Indonesia.

The performance of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in the first half of 2016 (1H 2016, ended in 30 June 2016) is showing  good results. According to BTN Q2 2016 financial report as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Bank booked total assets of Rp 189,513.35 in 1H 2016. This reflected an 10.30% increase from Rp 171,807.59 billion the same period of last year (1H 2015).

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Male or Female, maximum age of 37 years old.
• Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Have experience in the field of retail funding marketing (Savings, checking, deposit) minimum ± 3 years.
• Have experience in the field of banking minimum ± 5 years.
• Good looking.
• Have a wide customer base networking.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).

Placement area

1. Bank BTN Regional I : Branch Office (KC) Bandung, KC Bekasi, KC Cibubur, KC Cikarang, KC Ciputat, KC Depok, KC Jkt Harmoni, KC Jkt Kebon Jeruk, KC Jkt Kuningan, KC Kelapa Gading Square, and KC Tangerang.
2. Bank BTN Regional II : KC Gresik, KC Malang, KC Semarang, and KC Yogyakarta.
3. Bank BTN Regional III : KC Medan, KC Palembangm KC Bandar Lampung, KC Batam, KC Pekanbaru, and KC Tanjung Pinang.
