PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos - Bank Mantap or more popularly called Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos is a rapid growing banking company in Indonesia, based in Denpasar, Bali. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos has a primary focus on business development of Micro and Small Enterprises segment (SME/UMKM). The Bank previously known as Bank Sinar Harapan (Bank Sinar). The Bank is majority owned by 3 state-owned companies; 58,25% by state-owned lender PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, 20.20% by state-owned pension insurance firm PT TASPEN (Persero), and 20.20% by state-owned postal company PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Other 1.35% remaining shares in Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos was owned by Ida Bagus Made Putra Jandhana (0.70%) and I Made Madia (0.65%). As of December 2015, Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos runs its business through 15 branch offices, 79 sub branch offices, 6 cash offices, 1 functional office and directly emloys 1,210 dedicated staff.

The Company’s business results in 2015 showed improved performance compared to 2014. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos registered a 46.85% growth in total assets of Rp 2,578.09 billion as compared with Rp 1,755.52 billion in 2014, according to PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com. Total interest income in 2015 amounted to Rp 162.74 billion or 42.40% growth compared to Rp 114,28 billion in 2014. Net profit in 2015 grew considerably to Rp 24.39 billion, from Rp 20.55 billion in the previous year

• Mastering Microsoft Office.

Account Officer (AO)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking/financial institution or as marketing in consumer goods company.
• Able to work with target.
• Have personal vehicle and driving license (SIM).
• Never participated in the selection process at Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Does not have a nuclear family (Parents, siblings) who works as an employee of Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.

Relationship Officer Pensiunan (ROP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 34 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pension credit.
• Able to work with target.
• Have personal vehicle and driving license (SIM).
• Never participated in the selection process at Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Does not have a nuclear family (Parents, siblings) who works as an employee of Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.

Funding Officer (FO)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 34 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial insititution in handling thrid party funds.
• Able to work with target.
• Have personal vehicle and driving license (SIM).Never participated in the selection process at Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Does not have a nuclear family (Parents, siblings) who works as an employee of Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.

MANTAP Kredit Admin (MKA)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Credit Admin in banking/financial insititution.
• Never participated in the selection process at Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Does not have a nuclear family (Parents, siblings) who works as an employee of Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.
