PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) - PT PII or the Indonesia Infrastucture Guarantee Fund (or referred to as "IIGF") is a leading state-owned financial services company in Indonesia with core competencies in infrastructure guarantee through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes. The Company was formed in 2009 and operates primarily as a provider of infrastructure guarantee and serves as government’s single window for appraisal and processing/structuring of guarantees in Indonesia. IIGF is a non-listed state-owned corporation and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company has its legal domicile in Jakarta and was established as a limited liability company under the Government Regulation (PP) no 35 of 2009. IIGF's head office is located at Capital Place, 7th & 8th Floor Jl Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav 18 Jakarta 12710.

In term of financial performance, IIGF reached significant performance in 2014. According to PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2014 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company total operating revenue of Rp 530 billion in 2014. This reflected  an increase of 34.86% from Rp 393 billion in the previous year (2013). The Company's net profit grew 39.76% from Rp 249.7 billion in 2013 to Rp 349 billion in 2014.

Requirements

• S1 with background in Law, Finance.
• The candidate with prior experience in administrative proceedings soft loan and the mortgage application process is preferred.
• The candidate with strong knowledge in legal aspects of the mortgage application process is preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Hard workers and have good accuracy
