Kepala Divisi Asembling INKA

Requirements

• Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering
• Male, with minimum age of 30 years and a maximum of 45 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Division Head (or equivalent) in the field of manufacturing.
• Have a good knowledge of assembling and machining procedures
• Have a good knowledge about the quality standards.
• Have a good knowledge of engineering drawings and production machine functions
• Able to develop a work program
• Mastering Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• 1 position available.

Kepala Departemen Produksi Komponen dan Aksesoris

Requirements

• Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electro Engineering
• Male, with minimum age of 30 years and a maximum of 45 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Division Head/Manager (or equivalent) in the field of manufacturing.
• Have a good knowledge of assembling and machining procedures
• Have a good knowledge about the quality standards.
• Have a good knowledge of engineering drawings and production machine functions
• Able to develop a work program
• Mastering Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Kepala Departemen Pengembangan SDM

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology.
• Male/Female, with minimum age of 25 years and a maximum of 45 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resource recruitment.
• Able to develop Human Resource system, development program and training.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
• Mastering Microsoft Office.
• 1 position available.

Kepala Departemen Keuangan dan Pendanaan

Requirements

• Minimum S1 majoring in Accounting, Finance Management.
• Male/Female, with minimum age of 25 years and a maximum of 45 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and funding.
• Have a good knowledge of basic principles of accounting and have a good understanding of finance and tax report.
• Have a wide networking to find funding.
• Mastering Microsoft Office, Finance / Accounting program or other supporting programs
• Have a good data analysis, data accuracy.
• Have a high motivation, high motivation, discipline, integrity and detail-oriented.
• Possess certification in Tax Brevet A/B/C is preferred.
