PT Bank BRISyariah - BRIS (hereinafter referred to as "BRISyariah") is a rapidly expanding sharia banking company in Indonesia. BRISyariah is owned and managed by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI Group, one of the Indonesia’s largest financial companies with majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. At present, BRISyariah is 99.999966% owned by BRI Group with the remainder of the shares belonging to YKP BRI. BRISyariah is based in Jakarta and now supported by 52 branch offices, 208 sub-branch offices, 11 cash offices, 675 sharia service offices spread in all over Indonesia.

In the first half of 2016 (1H 2016), the sharia bank achieved positive financial performance. According to PT Bank BRISyariah Financial Statement 30 June 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, BRISyariah booked total net profits of Rp 90.28 billion in 1H 2016 or 0.09% growth from Rp 60.15 billion in 1H 2015. As of the end of June 2016, BRISyariah’s assets amounted to Rp 24.95 trillion, up 15.34% from Rp 21.63 trillion at the end of June 2015.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT Bank BRISyariah are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position

Sharia Officer Development Program (SODP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old for Bachelor Degree (S1) or maximum age of 28 years old for Master Degree (S2).
• Single/not married.
• Already completed the study, as evidenced by academic certificate/diploma or temporary degree verification statements (SKL).
• Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 (for S1) and 3.20 (for S2) out of 4.00 scale.
• Minimum height of 165 cm for Male and 158 cm for Female.
• Applicants must be S1 / S2 graduates from any field, except Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary.
• Have TOEFL-ITP (Institutional Testing Program) score at least of 400 as evidenced by a valid TOEFL-ITP certificate.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 5 (five) years since commencing Trainee.
• Willing to be assigned in all over Indonesia (initial placement as Account Officer)
• Have valid SKCK.
