PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk - WIKA Group or hereinafter referred to as "WIKA" is a well-established state-owned company in Indonesia, running business in construction industry. Based in Jakarta, WIKA has its business activities focused in fully integrated general construction industry. Its business include Industry, Infrastructure & Building, Energy & Industrial Plant, Realty & Property, and Investment. Originally registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja)  in 1960 pursuant to Government Regulation No.2/1960 and Minister’s Decre of Public Works and Electric Power (PUTL) Decree No 5 dated 11 March 1960. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja transformed into PT Wijaya Karya. Later in 2007, the Company registered its shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with trading code WIKA, which marked the change of its status to a Public Company. As of December 2015, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia and 34.95% by general public and investors.

In term of financial performance, WIKA Group  was able to perform well and achieved encouraging results of operations in 2015, shown by the 9.28% growth in total revenue and 15.18% in total order booked. According to PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total revenue in 2015 amounted to Rp 13,620 billion as compered with Rp 12,436 billion in 2014. Total order booked in 2015 was Rp48,52 trillion as compared to 2014 which was Rp42,13 trillion.

Requirements

• Educational background of Bachelor Degree (S1) or equivalent with GPA of at least 3.00, majoring in the following discipline
• • Civil Engineering (Structural, Transport, Environment)
  • K3 Engineering
  • Accounting
• Fresh Graduate
• Maximum age of 28 years
• Have a good health history (weight balanced) and not color blind (Partial / Total).
• Fluent in English both spoken and written with TOEFL equivalent score of at least 500.
• Familiar with computer software applications in the field.
• Have motovasi, energetic, adaptable and able to work in teams.
• Willing to be placed in all regions of operation of the company's work.
