PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN (IDX:BBTN) or widely known as "Bank BTN" is a state-owned commercial banking company with strong business focus in mortgage loans segments. Based in Jakarta, Bank BTN is recognized as a prominent player in the mortgage industry in Indonesia. Bank BTN controls about 30.6% of the Indonesian mortgage lending market and maintains about 98% of market shares in the Indonesian subsidized mortgage lending. In term of financial performance, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk has recorded a good performance in the first half of 2016 (1H 2016, ended in 30 June 2016). The state-owned lender posted Rp 189,513.35 in total assets for the first half of 2016. This reflected a n10.30%  increase from Rp 171,807.59 billion the same period of last year (1H 2015), according to BTN Q2 2016 financial report as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Secretary (Code : SKR)

 

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Female, with the maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th year running recruitment).
• Not married and willing to marry for a bond to 2 years.
• Minimum D3 with Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum height of 155 cm.
• Preferably attractive appearance and weight proportional.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).

Tunas BTN - Customer Service Staff (Code: CS)

 

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Male or Female, with the maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th year running recruitment).
• Not married and willing to marry for a bond to 2 years.
• Minimum D3 with Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (scale 4.00).
• Minimum height of  160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably attractive appearance and weight proportional.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).

Tunas BTN - Teller Service Staff (Code : TS)

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Male or Female, with the maximum age of 24 years old (not repeated in the 25th year running recruitment).
• Not married and willing to marry for a bond to 2 years.
• Minimum SMA or equivalent with the average value of a diploma at least 7.
• Minimum height of  160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Preferably attractive appearance and weight proportional.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years.
• Does not have any family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / child / brother / sister).
