PT Bank BRISyariah - BRIS (hereinafter referred to as "BRISyariah") is Jakarta based sharia banking company which has branches spread all over Indonesia. BRISyariah company is a subsidiary of large state-owned bank, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI Group). At present, BRI Group has an equity interest in BRISyariah amounted to 99.999966%, the rest is owned by YKP BRI amounted to 0.000034%. As of December 2015, BRISyariah has 52 branch offices, 208 sub-branch offices, 11 cash offices, 675 sharia service offices spread across Indonesia.

In term of financial performance, BRISyariah  booked solid growth in the full year of 2015. According to PT Bank BRISyariah Annual Report 2015 as cited by JobsCDC.com, total assets in 2015 was recorded at Rp 24,230.24 billion, up by  9.19% from Rp 20,341.03 billion in 2014. At the same time, total comprehensive profit reached Rp 169.06 billion as compared to Rp 10.37 billion in 2014.

Sharia Officer Development Program (SODP)

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) from all majors, except Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary.
• Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the time of application submission.
• Single/not married.
• Already completed the study, by attaching a Degree certifications or temporary degree verification statements (SKL).
• GPA min. 3.00 for (for S1) and 3.20 for (for /S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Minimum height of 165 cm (Male) and 158 cm (Female).
• Minimum TOEFL-ITP (Institutional Testing Program) score of 400 and attaching a valid TOEFL-ITP certificate.
• Willing to undergo a bond for 5 (five) years since commencing Trainee.
• Initial placement as Account Officer
• Willing to be placed in all office networks of BRI Syariah throughout Indonesia.
• Have valid SKCK.
